With summer now in full swing, we would normally see a reasonable quantity of properties coming to the market in Bicton. However, things appear to be different this year, with stock on market currently at a very low level of 3.44%.
This continues the trend of demand out-stripping supply and property prices staying strong. With Median value up 13.9% over the year to a Median of $1.54m This trend is similar across the Perth region and, according to REIWA’s 2025 Property Market Quarterly Update, Perth property prices are set to grow up to 10% in 2025.
Perth’s median house sale price recorded 24.2% growth in 2024, with the median house sale price rising from $600,000 at the end of 2023 to $745,000 in December 2024.
